My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner
"conectaimoveisconceito's team is now running on operational credits
— production deploys and Agent Runners are paused." However, Usage &
Billing shows 29.7 / 30 credits remaining (granted September 5, 2026,
expires October 5, 2026 — first day of the billing cycle).
This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by
several other Free plan teams recently.
