# Running into ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS with custom domain

I have my app: [home-sweet-home-remodelling-final-draft.netlify.app](https://home-sweet-home-remodelling-final-draft.netlify.app/)

Which runs on my domain: [https://hshremodel.com/](https://hshremodel.com/) (done with an “A” DNS record)

Now strangely it only seems to fail with ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS about half the time.

I ran it through WhereItGoes: [https://wheregoes.com/trace/20224196071/](https://wheregoes.com/trace/20224196071/)

And it says there is a 301 redirect infinite loop occurring, but again not always, sometimes it just works and shows it’s running fine on WhereItGoes

How do I go about fixing this? I’d like to get this fixed soon as this is live on one of my clients websites, it had been running run fine for a week until today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Edit: Forgot to mention this is a Gatsby website and built using github continuous integration

Hey @PixelPlusDesign

`hshremodel.com` loads fine for me. It does appear to load through Cloudflare though _(proxied)_ which can/will cause issues as outlined in this support guide
