I know that I need to purchase pro package to increase response limit.
No problem, I could purchase a pro or enterprise package.

I want to know that, Is it possible to make the timeout limit to 5 Minute?
If yes then ok otherwise tell me what is the max timeout limit.

No, max timeout is 26 seconds, or use Background Functions which have a limit of 15 mins. However, they can’t send a response back to the client.
