Hi Netlify team,
I’m the Club Manager of Team Vegavath, a student motorsport and innovation club at PES University, Bengaluru, India. We had earlier versions of our club website hosted at teamvegavath.netlify.app and vegavath.netlify.app, built by a teammate whose Netlify account we’ve since lost access to (lost email/login access, and he’s no longer reachable to help recover it). We’re not certain if both sites are on the same account or two separate ones, could you help us check?
Both of those sites are outdated drafts and have since been fully replaced by our current site at vegavath.live. The content is largely the same information about our club, but we made the decision to rebuild the whole site rather than continue on the old ones. Since we can’t access the original account(s), we’re unable to take the sites down, redirect them, or update them ourselves.
Could you help us either:
- Recover/transfer access to the account(s) so we can manage the old sites directly, or
- Take down/deactivate
teamvegavath.netlify.appandvegavath.netlify.app, since they’re orphaned projects no longer maintained by our team.
Recovery would be our preference if possible, since it would let us set up a redirect to our current site ourselves.
As proof of our team’s identity, here’s our official GitHub organization: Team Vegavath · GitHub . You can see our current site’s repo (public) and the original, older site’s repo (private) and our team members listed there. Happy to grant repo access if needed for verification.
Thanks,
Club Manager, Team Vegavath
