Hi Netlify Support Team,
My personal account was recently charged an unexpected overage fee of around $9. As an individual user testing a personal project, I did not intend to exceed the free tier limit.
I am currently removing my custom domain and site from Netlify and intend to close/stop using the service.
Could you please consider waiving this balance (~$9) as a one-time gesture of goodwill so I can cleanly resolve this account?
