I am the owner of phoenixfilmandpublishing.com and need your help transferring the existing Netlify site and associated domain/DNS configuration from the account of our former developer to my own Netlify account.
I no longer have access to the former developer’s Netlify account, but I control the domain and can provide whatever evidence of ownership you require.

Please could you transfer the existing site, together with the associated DNS zone for phoenixfilmandpublishing.com, to my account, or advise me of the verification steps required.
