I am contacting you because I am experiencing an issue when trying to authenticate using my gmail account.
During the authentication process, I receive the following message:
Authentication Error
Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.
My account details are:
Associated email: auribe.infosoft@gmail.com
Could you please help me review the reason for the suspension and let me know what steps I need to follow to restore access to my account?
I have also attached a screenshot of the error for reference.
