Request to Remove Domain (credenz.co.in) from Previous Netlify Account

Hello,

I am encountering the following error while attempting to add a custom domain to my Netlify-deployed app:

“credenz.co.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

This domain was previously attached to a different Netlify account, and all DNS settings were linked to that account. However, that Netlify account has since been deleted, and we no longer have access to it. We are now trying to add the domain through a new Netlify account.

Could you please remove the domain (credenz.co.in) from the previous account and delete all associated DNS records?

The domain has been removed from the previous account, you can proceed with adding it to your new account.
