Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Netlify’s support forums!
The best way for all customers to reach us regarding billing questions is to head to netlify.com/support, and select “Billing” from the dropdown. That will get you through to the billing helpdesk.
The billing helpdesk will send you an email to the email address listed in your Netlify account.
This will also help us find the account that you want the card removed from.
