Request to manually reset SSL state (stuck)

DNS verification was successful but getting

Issue: Provisioning certificate returns error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

I had a conflicting AAAA record that using IPV6, that has been removed.

Followed the instructions here and verified:
A record - @ - 75.2.60.5
CNAME - www - enrouteimports.netlify.app.
AAAA record (removed conflicting IPV6)
Netlify App URL: enrouteimports.netlify.app
URL: https://enrouteimports.com/

Certificate still does not seem to be provisioning and wondering if it is in a stuck state and needs to be reset. Thank you

Hi @phil-a,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Netlify Support Forums!

I took a look, and it appears the SSL certificate has now been successfully provisioned for your site.

I’m also able to access https://enrouteimports.com/ successfully over HTTPS, so everything looks healthy from my side.

Since you recently removed the conflicting AAAA record, it’s possible the certificate request was waiting for DNS changes to propagate before it could complete.

You can read more about DNS and SSL propagation here:

If you’re still seeing any certificate errors or SSL warnings, let us know what you’re seeing (including any error message or screenshot), and we’d be happy to take another look.

Hi Melvin,

Thank you for verifying and getting back so quickly.
I probably jumped the gun and just had to wait it out a bit longer!

Thanks again!
