Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to connect my custom domain roohsourcing.com to a new Netlify site, but I am receiving the error: “already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The previous owner tried to link the domain on a separate account, encountered an issue, and completely deleted their Netlify account without removing the domain first.
I have successfully added the verified-for-netlify TXT record to my Wix DNS configuration to verify ownership. Could an admin please clear the domain from the inactive backend database so I can use it on my new account?
