Hello Netlify Team,
I am seeking assistance regarding my Netlify project caremobilis.com, which was unexpectedly suspended.
Today I received the following notification:
“Your Netlify site caremobilis (caremobilis.com) has been taken down due to Bulk spam from internal admin.”
This project is a legitimate enterprise Fleet Management System (CARE MOBILIS) that is currently under development. It is intended for internal organizational use and is not a marketing website or bulk email service.
My concern
I have not intentionally sent any bulk emails or engaged in any spam activity. If my application triggered Netlify’s automated abuse detection due to a configuration issue or an implementation mistake, I would sincerely appreciate any information about what caused the suspension so I can correct it immediately.
Could someone please review my project and advise:
- What specific activity triggered the “Bulk spam from internal admin” action?
- Whether this may have been a false positive.
- What changes I should make before requesting the project to be restored.
I am happy to cooperate fully and make any necessary changes to ensure the application complies with Netlify’s policies.
