Request for account review – possible false positive after connecting GitHub repository to existing site

Hello Netlify Trust & Safety Team,

I’m requesting a review of my Netlify account because it appears to have been suspended by mistake. When I access my account, I receive the message:

“Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

Account information

What happened

The suspension occurred shortly after I connected an existing GitHub repository to an existing Netlify site.

The sequence of events was approximately:

  1. Existing Netlify site already deployed.
  2. Existing custom domain (nodex.business) already configured.
  3. Connected my GitHub repository (felipevelazquezhernandez/nodex-website) to automate deployments.
  4. Shortly afterward, the account became suspended.

I did not perform any unusual activity beyond configuring my own project.

Ownership

I am the legitimate owner and administrator of:

  • the Netlify account
  • the GitHub repository
  • the nodex.business domain
  • the email address associated with this account

If necessary, I can verify ownership of any of these resources.

Project information

This is a legitimate website for NODEX Comercio Exterior, a small Mexican company that provides international trade, import, export and logistics services.

The website is a normal corporate/business site and has never been used for:

  • spam
  • phishing
  • abusive content
  • malware
  • prohibited or fraudulent activities

Additional information

From reading other discussions in this forum, I noticed there have been similar cases where legitimate accounts were mistakenly flagged by automated systems. I believe this may be a similar false positive.

If any verification is required, or if there is any information I can provide to help with the review, I will gladly cooperate.

I would greatly appreciate if the Trust & Safety team could review my account and reinstate access if this was indeed an automated false positive.
