Rentequipmentnow.co.uk or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team

My issue is a DNS isssue
site name: superb-biscotti-10f35a.netlify.app
custom domain: rentequipmentnow.co.uk

I am getting the below error when i add my custom domain
rentequipmentnow.co.uk or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I own the domain and have removed it from my developers DNS zone but I am still getting this error

I have created the TXT record in bluehost as requested, please help
