Remove stale wildcard SAN and reissue a standard cert for franklinfractional.com (external DNS, hitting Let's Encrypt rate limit)

Hi — franklinfractional.com uses external DNS (GoDaddy). Netlify keeps
attempting to renew a WILDCARD cert (*.franklinfractional.com) via DNS-01,
which fails with NXDOMAIN on _acme-challenge because I don’t use Netlify DNS.
The repeated failures have now hit the Let’s Encrypt rate limit
(“too many failed authorizations (5) for *.franklinfractional.com”).

I do NOT need a wildcard. Please remove the stale wildcard SAN and provision
a STANDARD certificate for franklinfractional.com and www.franklinfractional.com
using HTTP-01 validation. Thank you!

What’s the normal turnaround time on support requests? The lack of timely support is a little concerning.
