How to remove the Netlify Github app?

I’d like to reconfigure our Netlify set up in Github. How do I remove the Netlify Github app in order to do a clean re-installation?

Looks like you don’t have adequate repo perms to remove this. You might need another team member (or the adequate perms) to get this removed!
