Release orphaned DNS zone for fotoarcee.com.mx (deleted team)

Hello Netlify Support,

I’m trying to add the custom domain fotoarcee.com.mx to a project on my team “Rafael” (Free plan), but I get this error:

“fotoarcee.com.mx or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I previously had this domain connected to Netlify DNS under a different team that I have since deleted. The DNS zone appears to be orphaned, and I can no longer remove it myself because that team no longer exists.

The domain is registered with Hostinger and I have full control over its DNS. Could you please release the orphaned DNS zone for fotoarcee.com.mx so I can add it to my current project?

I’m happy to verify ownership with a TXT record if needed.

Gentle bump — still waiting on this. Could a support admin please release the orphaned DNS zone for fotoarcee.com.mx? The domain now uses Hostinger nameservers and DNS has fully propagated, but I still can’t add the domain to my project because of the orphaned zone from the deleted team. Happy to verify ownership however you need. Thank you!
