Hello Netlify Support,
I am the owner of the domain aizent.ir and I am trying to connect it to my current Netlify site.
Current Netlify site:
aizent-v1-1.netlify.app
Current Netlify team:
amirzvairal506
When I try to add aizent.ir to my current Netlify project, I receive this error:
“aizent.ir or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I no longer have access to the previous Netlify account/team that manages this DNS zone.
The domain is registered with IRNIC (the Iranian domain registry), and I currently control the domain’s DNS through Cloudflare.
Current authoritative nameservers:
The domain is currently delegated to Cloudflare, not Netlify DNS.
Please verify my ownership/control of aizent.ir and release the orphaned Netlify DNS zone from the other team so that I can add aizent.ir to my current Netlify project.
I can add a TXT verification record to the Cloudflare DNS zone if required.
Please provide the exact TXT record name and value required for verification.
