Hello Netlify Support Team,
I recently purchased a credit pack of 1,000 credits for $9 yesterday (i.e. on 06/07/2026) to cover bandwidth costs for my project. However, due to highly draining bandwidth usage, I have had to migrate my project off Netlify to another provider.
Before shifting, I only used 330 credits, leaving 670 unused credits on my account. Because I no longer have active projects hosted here to utilize these credits, I would like to request a courtesy refund for the unused balance ($6.03) for the pack.
