Hi Netlify Support,
On my second day of using the platform, I encountered the dashboard popup promising a 400 promo credit. I went to build my website using AI Mode, but instead of the promo applying properly, my entire credit allotment was immediately burned/exhausted.
Could a support engineer please look at my build logs, apply the promised promotional credits, and restore my balance?
