Project suspended, Enable Project disabled — requesting review and reinstatement

Hi Netlify Support Team,

My production project has been suspended, but I have not been able to find any explanation for the suspension in my dashboard.

Project details:

Current status:

  • Production deployment still shows as Published
  • valueboxglobal.com is correctly configured as the primary domain
  • www.valueboxglobal.com redirects to the primary domain
  • HTTPS / Let’s Encrypt certificate is active
  • My account still has approximately 206 credits remaining
  • The project status shows Suspended
  • Under Project configuration → Danger zone, the “Enable project” button is disabled, so I cannot restore the project myself

The live website is currently returning a Netlify “Site not found” page because of this suspension.

Could you please:

  1. Review the project and let me know the exact reason for the suspension
  2. Confirm whether this was triggered automatically
  3. Reinstate the existing project if possible
  4. Let me know if I need to make any changes from my side

This is affecting a live production website, so I would really appreciate your assistance.

I would prefer to keep the existing project because the custom domain, SSL certificate, deployment history, and configuration are already set up correctly.

Due to the lack of response from the Netlify support team, I no longer wish to keep this topic active. Unfortunately, even the option to delete my own post is not available.

This has been a so disgusting and extremely disappointing support experience. Please delete this topic as soon as possible.
