My project is still restricted for non-payment even though all invoices are paid, and my site has been offline since yesterday.

- Project: ferguimaraes (ferguimaraes.netlify.app)
- Custom domain: feeguimaraes.com.br (Netlify DNS)
- Payments made on Sep 9, 2026: $9.00 and $20.00. Both appear under “Paid invoice receipts” in Usage & billing, and “Overdue invoices” shows no invoices.
- Support ticket #1108833 was opened on Sep 9 and has not been answered yet.
The project dashboard still shows: “Access to this project’s dashboard is restricted for non-payment”. Because of that, the DNS records for feeguimaraes.com.br were removed and the site is down.
Could a support engineer please lift the restriction on the team/project and restore the domain feeguimaraes.com.br? This is my professional portfolio and I’m losing opportunities while it’s offline.
