My production project dscrterms-optimuscapital was automatically disabled after exceeding usage/credits.
I have since purchased additional credits, but the project remains disabled.
Under Project availability, Netlify shows:
“Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.”
Clicking Enable project does not resolve the issue.
I need the usage/credit suspension manually cleared and the production project re-enabled as soon as possible.
Can a Netlify Support team member please review the account and manually re-enable the project?
