Hello Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is currently showing the message:
“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, under Usage & Billing, my account currently shows 30 credits available.
My current billing period is Aug 30 – Sep 29, so the billing cycle has just started.
Because of this status, I am unable to publish a new production deploy for my existing site.

Could you please check whether my team is incorrectly stuck in “operational credits” status and, if so, reset/unblock production deploys?
My existing published site is still online and working normally. I only need production deployments to be enabled again.
