# Production deploys paused — stuck operational credits flag (team: vintigojerseys)

Team name/slug: vintigojerseys Site: vintigojerseys.netlify.app Plan: Free My team is showing the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” but my Usage & Billing page still shows credits available. This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag bug reported by many Free plan teams since July/August 2026. Could someone from the Netlify team please reset the flag so production deploys can resume?
