Hi Netlify team,
My account is stuck showing “production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” due to operational credits, even though my Pro plan credits are essentially untouched. This matches the “stuck operational-credits flag” bug reported by other users on this forum.
Account details:

- Site name: lider-vendas (lider-vendas.netlify.app)
- Current plan: Pro, $20/month, active since September 22, 2026
- Credits available: 3,000 / 3,000 Pro plan credits remaining (expires October 21, 2026), plus 299.5 / 300 operational credits remaining
Despite this available balance, the billing page shows: “Your available credits for this billing cycle have been exhausted. The balance below is made up of operational credits, which help keep your sites online and cannot be used for production deploys or Agent Runners.”
This is blocking me from deploying an updated build to my production site. I need the stuck credit flag to be cleared/reset manually on my team account so production deploys are unblocked again.
