My Free plan team is showing the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows:
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: Sep 2 – Oct 1, 2026
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon next to the number)
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
This is very early in the billing cycle for this amount to be flagged as exhausted, and it matches the “stuck operational credits flag” bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently.
