My site is stuck showing “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” even though my Usage & Billing page shows I still have credits available.

This matches the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by many other users on this forum with the same symptom (banner says credits are used up, but Usage & Billing shows the balance is nearly full).
Could you please clear this flag on my account so I can resume production deploys? Thank you.
