but Usage & Billing shows 25 credits still available (with warning icon), and Concurrent builds 0/1 (free slot).
This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by multiple Free plan teams recently
(see: “Production deploys paused - All projects still paused after monthly credits reset to 300/300”).
Please reset the stuck flag for my team and re-enable production deploys.
