Hello Netlify Support,
My production deploys are currently paused with the message:
“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows that I am on the Free plan and currently have 30 credits available. The current billing period is September 16 – October 15, 2026.
I believe my account may have an incorrect or stuck operational credits status.

I have already checked Usage & Billing and also used Ask Netlify, which indicated that this may be a known issue involving a stale operational credits flag.
Could you please check my team/account and reset the operational credits/deployment status if necessary, so that production deployments can resume?
