Hi, our team (ncs-nfq34ua’s team, Free plan) is unable to deploy. The Production deploys panel shows:
“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
However, the Usage & Billing page shows 29.9 / 30 credits remaining, labeled as “Operational credits,” with a note that these “help keep published sites online, but can’t be spent on production deploys.” Current billing cycle: Aug 28 – Sep 27, 2026.
This appears to match a known issue reported by multiple users on the community forum with the same symptom (deploys blocked despite available credits shown as “operational credits”). Could you please check our account and clear this stuck flag so we can resume deploying?
