Production deploys blocked - "credit usage exceeded" despite 30/30 credits available

My Usage & Billing page shows:

  • Credits available: 30
  • Concurrent builds: 0 out of 1

However, the banner says “SPI Master Lab has run out of credits” and when I try to deploy, I get: “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
This looks like the same stuck-credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan users this week. Could you please check my account and clear the stuck flag so production deploys work again?

Still blocked as of Jul 23. Many other Free plan teams are reporting the same issue this week — would appreciate a fix or workaround. Thank you.
