Free plan. All production deploys are blocked with JSONHTTPError: Forbidden (“Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added”), but my Usage & billing shows 30/30 credits available (Aug 2 – Sep 1) and Build status is stopped. This matches the known stale “credit usage exceeded” flag bug reported in other threads this month.
I tried the CLI manual deploy (netlify deploy --prod) and got the same Forbidden before any upload. Git builds are stopped too, so my site shows a 404.
Please clear the stale credit-usage flag on my account.
