Hello Netlify Support,
My Free plan team MRMProLeads is currently unable to make production deploys.

Plan: Free
Billing period: Sep 11 – Oct 10, 2026
My Usage & Billing dashboard currently shows:
- 300 credits/month
- Approximately 300.9 credits consumed
- Approximately 29.3 / 30 operational credits remaining
- Production deploys paused
- Published site is still live
I was actively making website updates today, and multiple production deployments consumed my credits. I am now unable to publish the corrected version.
This appears similar to the recent Free-plan operational-credit issues reported by other users, where production deployments were blocked despite operational credits remaining.
Please review my team’s deployment and credit history and:
- Confirm exactly what consumed the approximately 300 credits.
- Check whether the operational-credit restriction was incorrectly triggered.
- Restore/re-credit any incorrectly consumed credits if applicable.
- Clear the operational-credit restriction and re-enable production deployments.
I do not want to upgrade to a paid plan merely to work around a possible account/platform issue.
