Error:

  • Problem fetching repo data from Git Gateway
  • API_ERROR: Not Found

How can I deploy from a private repo on an organization account?

I think you have to request access for the oAuth app. Check out this topic on github: https://github.com/netlify/netlify-cms/issues/1415#issuecomment-395816770
