Primary domain is stuck on proday.app (no DNS pointing to Netlify)

Problem:

  • Primary domain is stuck on proday.app (no DNS pointing to Netlify)
  • I cannot remove proday.app via UI (Remove domain fails / greyed out)
  • I cannot set proday75.fr as primary domain
  • API returns 422: “We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes”
  • showSiteTLSCertificate returns null (no active certificate)

DNS for proday75.fr is correct at IONOS:

  • A @ → 75.2.60.5 and 99.83.81.81
  • CNAME www → proday75.netlify.app

Please:

  1. Cancel/unblock the stuck TLS provisioning job
  2. Remove proday.app and www.proday.app from the site
  3. Set proday75.fr as primary domain
  4. Keep www.proday75.fr as alias
  5. Provision Let’s Encrypt certificate for proday75.fr
