Preparing your domain... stuck for 16 days

First I tried my custom domain from Hostinger in netlify without writing the name servers of netlify from a youtube video and applied everything mentioned there waited for 3 days and nothing happenend it got stuck in Preparing your domain… then the second time tried adding the name servers there and it tells me when putting a custom domain that this good news domain is available on netlify or smthn like this and I got happy thought the problem has been solved waited for another 4 days nothing happened got stuck again I tried again and I make sure this time to not get anything wrong watched a lot of tutorials and applied again and now it has been 16 days stuck on Preparing your domain…
