Plugins/Integrations appear to be unreachable

I was attempting to add java-obfuscator and submit-sitemap to a build, but was met with the following:

Is this temporary? Also, does it affect any other builds that rely on any integrations (or plug-ins, as they used to be called)? Maybe I’m the only one who is affected, as I haven’t seen anyone else raise this issue so far.

I restarted my browser and that seemed to fix whatever the issue was. Looked to be something on my end only.
