Hi, I’m having an SSL certificate provisioning issue with my custom domain outtapocket.media.
My domain is registered with Namecheap, and DNS is managed externally through Namecheap. My current DNS records are:
- A record:
@→75.2.60.5 - CNAME:
www→outtapocketmedia.netlify.app
Netlify is returning this error:
SniCertificate::CertificateValidationError: Unable to verify challenge for *.outtapocket.media: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.outtapocket.media - check that a DNS record exists for this domain
I only need HTTPS for outtapocket.media and www.outtapocket.media; I do not need wildcard subdomains.
Could you please check whether a stale wildcard certificate or Netlify DNS configuration is causing this, and re-provision a standard Let’s Encrypt certificate for the apex and www domains?
