Hi Netlify team,
I own two .CL domains that I cannot add to my project because Netlify says they are already managed by Netlify DNS on another team, and I no longer have access to that account. I don’t remember which email was used to create it.
Domains: nativisarquitectura.cl and nativis.cl
My current team: baldur-harvest (baldur.harvest@gmail.com)
My project: nativiarquitectura.netlify.app
Error message for both domains: “ or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The DNS zone list of my team (Team settings > DNS) is completely empty, so neither zone is under my account.
Ownership: both domains are registered with NIC Chile and the public WHOIS shows me, Kevin Alejandro Carquin Castillo, as the registrant. I am also the administrative contact.
Neither domain is currently being served by the old zones: nativisarquitectura.cl now delegates to Cloudflare (aldo.ns.cloudflare.com / candy.ns.cloudflare.com) and nativis.cl uses NIC Chile’s URL forwarding.
Could you please delete the orphaned DNS zones for both domains so I can use them on my own team? I will add the verified-for-netlify TXT record with the link to this post as its value, and reply here once it has propagated.
