Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domains to my new Netlify team, but I am receiving the “Another site is already using this domain” error. These domains were previously attached to an old account of mine that has been suspended, so I can no longer log in to remove them myself.
Here are the domains I need released:
- GLS-MALI.COM
- gsgroupguinee.com
- sogeco.pro
To prove ownership, I will immediately add the required verified-for-netlify TXT record in my DNS settings (Hostinger) for these domains, and I will point the value to the URL of this forum post.
Could you please verify the TXT records and remove these domains from the old locked account?
