Hi,
I submitted a support ticket one week ago requesting the release of two domains from another team’s account, but have not received any response beyond the initial auto-reply.
Details:
- Domains: belgroveplumbing.ie and belgroveplumbing.com
- My Netlify site: bespoke-gaufre-f0065c.netlify.app
- Both domains are showing: “already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”
- I am the registered owner of both domains
- The previous agency managing these domains is no longer responsive
The website has been down for over two weeks and is affecting my brother’s business. Could a Netlify staff member please assist?
