Option 1
If you believe your account was suspended due to non-payment you can reach out to the appropriate team at Netlify with the support form here:
https://www.netlify.com/support/
You would select ‘Billing Issue’ for ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Option 2
If you believe your account was suspended for breaching the website ‘Terms of Use’ or the ‘Self Serve Subscription Agreement’ then you may be out of luck.
Netlify are highly unlikely to reinstate any aspect of your account and you should seek another provider.
The site will have been automatically ‘unhosted’ by virtue of being suspended.
Questions
When you say “I can’t do anything because my site address is registered there”, what do you mean? Where is “there”?
