Please release *.tempoconsultyng.com claimed by an orphaned site (25baa456)

Hi Netlify Support,

I own the domain tempoconsultyng.com and I’m trying to add a subdomain (e.g. form.tempoconsultyng.com) to my site tempo-forms (team: growithraul / “Cumbre”). Every subdomain I try is rejected with:

must be unique (form.tempoconsultyng.com, 25baa456-68ec-48fd-ad7e-87ee4a849d88)

Even brand-new names I have never used (form., forms., enlace.) fail with the SAME site id, which suggests site 25baa456-68ec-48fd-ad7e-87ee4a849d88 holds a wildcard claim *.tempoconsultyng.com. I cannot access that site from any of my accounts (the API returns 404) — it looks like an orphaned site, likely from an old claimed Netlify Drop.

Proof of ownership:

  • I fully control the DNS (Cloudflare) and can add any record you request.
  • I already completed subdomain ownership verification: the TXT record subdomain-owner-verification.tempoconsultyng.com is present in my zone.

Could you please release/remove tempoconsultyng.com (and its subdomains/wildcard) from the orphaned site 25baa456-68ec-48fd-ad7e-87ee4a849d88, so I can add form.tempoconsultyng.com to my tempo-forms site? Happy to add any extra TXT record to prove ownership.
