# Please release nkpackaging.co.in from old Netlify account — domain stuck after freelancer deleted their site

Hi Netlify team,

I am the owner of the domain `nkpackaging.co.in` (registered and managed via GoDaddy). The domain was previously connected to a freelancer’s Netlify account. The freelancer has since deleted their site and removed the custom domain from their account.

I have now created a new Netlify account and deployed my project at `nk-packaging.netlify.app`. When I try to add `nkpackaging.co.in` as a custom domain, I get the error:

_“nkpackaging.co.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”_

To prove domain ownership, I have added a TXT record at my GoDaddy DNS:

- **Name:** `verified-for-netlify.nkpackaging.co.in`
- **Type:** TXT
- **Value:** [https://6a3681d19f7e9bbbf1f24dd0--nk-packaging.netlify.app/](https://6a3681d19f7e9bbbf1f24dd0--nk-packaging.netlify.app/)

I have also raised a support ticket (#1055871). My current production is down because of this issue. There I am getting “Site not found. Netlify Internal ID: `01KVR4N1NRASFHH1Y85N7E5MP2`”

Could you please release the orphaned DNS zone for `nkpackaging.co.in` so I can add it to my new project?
