Hi Netlify Team,

I am trying to add my domain “esquentalingerie.com.br” to my project (tarikgabriel.netlify.app), but I get the error:

“name is already taken / already on Netlify DNS on another team.”

I own this domain and I have added the verification TXT record in Registro.br:

Host: verified-for-netlify

Value: https://tarikgabriel.netlify.app

Could you please release/delete the old DNS zone for esquentalingerie.com.br so I can attach it to my current account?

Thank you!

Hi team, just checking in on this request. The TXT record is still active and ready for verification. Could anyone help me release the domain? Thank you!

Hi @luke, @hillary, it’s been several days and my traffic setup is completely stalled. The TXT record is fully propagated. Could someone please release the DNS zone?
