Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to add my custom domain englishsprint.in to my new Netlify account, but I receive the following error:
“englishsprint.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Previously, this domain was connected to an older Netlify account that I created. I have since deleted that Netlify account and removed its DNS configuration. However, the domain still appears to be associated with the deleted team.
I am the owner of the domain englishsprint.in and can verify ownership if required.
Could you please remove the existing association and release the domain so that I can connect it to my current Netlify account?
I have been unable to proceed with my website deployment because of this issue.
