Hi Netlify team,
I’m getting “Another project is already using this domain” when adding ranthamborezonebooking.com to my project.
- My team: Ranthambore Booking
- My project: ranthamborezone.netlify.app
- Domain: ranthamborezonebooking.com
The domain is currently attached to a project on an account created by a third-party builder platform (Rocket.new) that deployed my site for me. My subscription with them has ended and I no longer have access to that account, so I cannot release the domain from their side.
I own the domain — it is registered at GoDaddy under my account and I control its DNS. To prove this I’ve added a TXT record:
verified-for-netlify → ranthamborezone.netlify.app
Could you please verify ownership and release the domain so I can add it to my own project? Thank you.
