Hi Netlify Support,

Error: “Another project is already using this domain”

I am trying to add my domain jovel.dk to the site above, but I get the error message shown.

The domain is attached to an old account of mine, metzyjovel@gmail.com, which is suspended. I cannot log in to that account, so I am unable to remove the domain myself.

I own jovel.dk. It is registered and DNS-managed at Simply.com (ns1-ns4.simply.com) and I have full access to the DNS zone. I am ready to add a verified-for-netlify TXT record with this topic’s URL as the value - just confirm and I will add it right away.

Could you please release jovel.dk so I can add it to resilient-lily-a0af87?

Update: I have gone ahead and added the ownership verification TXT record at Simply.com, so you don’t have to wait for me.

It may take a little while to propagate. Please let me know if you need anything else to release jovel.dk from the suspended account metzyjovel@gmail.com so I can add it to resilient-lily-a0af87.
