Please free my domain - Another project is using this domain

Hi Netlify Support,

I am trying to add my custom domain bakchodlaunde.in to my project bakchodlaunde.netlify.app, but I am getting the error that “Another project is already using this domain.”

I only have one project in my account, so it seems to be locked to an old/ghost account. I have already added the verified-for-netlify TXT record to my DNS pointing to my netlify.app link to prove ownership.

Could you please remove the domain from the other project so I can add it to mine? Thank you!

Domain stuck + 503 usage_exceeded (bdfreightpartners.com)

Hi Netlify Support,

I have a production site that is currently blocked due to a domain issue.

Domain: bdfreightpartners.com
Site: bdfreightpartners.netlify.app
Support case: #555635

Issues:

  • Initially received: “Another project is already using this domain”
  • After DNS + TXT verification, the domain now returns:
    503 {“error”:“usage_exceeded”}
  • I am on a Pro plan and well under usage limits
  • DNS is correctly configured via Cloudflare (A record + CNAME)
  • TXT record “verified-for-netlify” has been added

The .netlify.app version of the site works correctly.

This appears to be a stuck or ghost domain assignment within Netlify.

Could you please:

  1. Release the domain from any other project/team
  2. Attach it cleanly to this site
  3. Clear the 503 state

This is blocking my production launch.

Happy to provide any additional verification if needed.

Thank you.
